Located in Tring Hertfordshire, just 40 minutes from central London, this 1 day interactive and fun team/private Adventure and Outdoor First Aid Course aims to equip you with the introductory safety knowledge your hiking group, adventure or expedition team may need to confidently deal with the key scenarios encountered whilst on day walks, trekking, expeditions or adventure travel. Even for everyday life.

This course is a unique and practical day full of fun and interesting information where your team can become familiar with their own safety kit. Throughout our day hike we stop to address and practice certain topics so you can have a fun, low pressure approach at the safety scenarios.

Our course is instructed and led by qualified outdoor / expedition guides and safety experts. Your team will need their own First Aid Kits with them on the day - Information on where to purchase or how to build your own kits can be found here
