Walk Wild Terms and Conditions 2024

Walk Wild Cancelation Policies for day walks, wild camps, navigation days and adventure weekends are the following:

Booking Cancelled up to 14 days before event starts:

If you cancel your place on a day walk, wild camp, adventure weekend or navigation workshop prior to 14 days to the event taking place you will be offered a place on an alternate date, if this is not possible for you to attend, we will refund the full amount within 3-5 business days.

Booking Cancelled within 14 days to the start of the event

If you cancel your place (for any reason) on your event within 14 days to the start of the event you will be allowed to change to a new available date. No refund is available.

Booking cancelled within 72hrs (3 days) of trip commencing

If you cancel your place within 72hrs of event commencing, for any reason. - Unfortunately no full refund and no new date change available.
