Navigation Day Workshop
Navigation Day Workshop
Walk Wilds most popular guided navigation workshop for beginners will take the art of navigation and bring it back to basics, doing away with the daunting amounts of info. We’ll cover signs and map symbols, contours, where we can and cant walk, navigation tips and tricks, how to not get lost and how to take a compass bearing and using it during your route. We’ll also be testing the skills live as we navigate together around the rolling Hertfordshire landscapes of Ashridge on a specifically planned route. Our workshop is considered one of the best map and compass workshops near London.
Whether you want to start from the beginning or hone and refine your current skills this course will give you the start you need to grasp the timeless art of navigation. Don’t get lost on your next trip, join us today.
