• How heavy will my pack need to be? Not heavy at all, daypacks only. You’ll be required to be as light weight as possible by carrying snacks, water, a sleeping bag and a small amount of personal belongings with you. You can buy food and water as we go if you want to carry even lighter.

• I’d love to do this trip but I’m worried about my fitness and whether i can make 30 miles in two days - It is a long way, but if you never try, you’ll never know what great things you can achieve. I advise to to try and walk a number of longer distances than normal prior to attending. Boots will not be needed as most of the path is either on footpaths, beaches or dunes. Good walking shoes/trail trainers necessary. Mud will be at a minimum (hopefully).
